Bedfordale | Spadaccini Homes BUILDERS
The marina is surrounded by a vibrant
village activated with ample promenades,
shops and restaurants.
Displaying its diversity in creating individual
designs, Spadaccini Homes was approached to
create this relaxed yet practical house in the hills.
Building on land spanning over five acres, the brief
for this semi-rural design was simple – the clients
wanted a quality home, delivered on time.
They were also keen to incorporate eco-friendly
features such as potable and non-potable storage
tanks, with a strong use of natural materials.
The four bedrooms and bathrooms, massive
study and open-plan living areas were all designed
with warmth and comfort in mind. Quality
finishes and fittings in an appropriate style were
not forsaken either.
Working alongside the natural surrounding
landscape, the home boasts sheoak timber
throughout, travertine walls and floors, and earthy
tones through stone benchtops.
Some of the stone used throughout the home
was found in the neighbouring hills, further
connecting the exterior with the internal finishes.
To the rear of the property, an expansive
decked alfresco area was constructed over the full
dam, conquering an engineering challenge that
has resulted in a tranquil area to entertain.
