Adjoining the kitchen is an alfresco kitchen
accessed through a full-glass pivot door. Custom-
designed, large sliding doorways (featuring wide
frames and integrated indoor and outdoor blind
pelmets) further enhance the indoor-outdoor link
by making the alfresco living area and kitchen
accessible to the rest of the house.
The continuous flow of the indoor and outdoor
areas is further improved by using the same marble
tile flooring throughout.
The alfresco design successfully houses
a pizza oven, barbecue, range hood, icemaker
and dishwasher in a fully integrated and discrete
manner, making the outdoor living and dining
fully self sufficient.
The stairwell, with the same LED lighting
from the kitchen concealed underneath the
treads, is complete with a custom-designed
handrail that promises more trendy features
on the second floor.
At the top of the stairwell, a family room
overlooking the downstairs lounge provides
a further relaxation point, and is made complete
with a study nook. To the right of this, and leading
to the rear of the home, are three minor bedrooms,
a bathroom and powder room.
To the front of the house is the main bedroom
with its own separate parents’ retreat. The high
and curved ceiling over the entire bedroom and
ensuite area is a standout feature of the home
