The marina is surrounded by a vibrant
village activated with ample promenades,
shops and restaurants.
With a growing family and the long
term in mind, this four-bedroom
home required individual spaces
that each family member could enjoy, such as
areas for entertaining friends and studying, as
well as a parents’ retreat.
Inspiration for the home was drawn from
trawling through magazines and display homes,
and from forming a personal opinion for the
design and build.
The owners were looking for a spacious,
customised family home from a builder who takes
the time to discuss and develop ideas.
Regency Living worked with the client in a
fully comprehensive consultative design process.
Beginning at a conceptual level, the team went
through four drafts to perfect the designs.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground
floor, and so is separate from the children’s
bedrooms on the second level, with each large
enough to accommodate a double bed for their
The pool and kitchen areas were positioned
central to the house and integrated together
to form a connection between the indoor and
outdoor areas. The kitchen cabinets from Challenge
Cabinets have American cherry wood doors, and
many have glass inserts.
Featuring smart wiring throughout, Miele
appliances, benchtops by Aurora Stone, tiles
by Prestige, blackbutt wood floors and unique
balustrading by Rodico Engineering, the
contemporary and spacious home caters to this
family’s every need.
