Individuality of design and client self-expression is the
winning combination for every Palazzo Homes project
esigned to maximise the sweeping,
uninterrupted views of the Swan
River and Mosman Park Golf Club,
Palazzo Homes created a tri-level home that
exudes style and luxury.
The distinctive front elevation features
twin cantilevered canopies and oversized
custom-made axolotl-finished doors.
Serviced by an individually designed lift,
the basement consists of a split-level cinema
with ample seating, a service bar, and a
garage that features top-of-the-range vehicle
showroom carpet and parking spaces for as
many as eight cars.
Upon entry into the formal space on the ground
floor, you are greeted with a large series of elaborate
coffers and lighting design. A marble-clad fireplace
in the open-plan formal dining and living area is
illuminated by twin torches on either side. The room
leads to the dedicated alfresco kitchen and pool
area, which is connected to the indoor kitchen by a
servery window. A separate, fully equipped wet and
dry larder also runs off the kitchen.
The ground floor also offers a piano room and
study that overlooks the golf course and courtyard.
Extensive use of dark marbling on the main
floor gives the home a distinctive and luxurious
look, perfectly coupled with specially stained
veneers to cabinetry and white marble cladding.
