constructed by Eco-Logical Building, the brief for
this coastal residence called for natural lighting
and two accommodation wings.
A high cathedral ceiling in the main living
area, along with openable highlight windows,

while sustainable features include correct site
orientation, cavity brick insulation, rainwater
harvesting, a grey-water system and much more.
