The homeowners are regular hosts of soirees for
dignitaries and required the residence to have plenty
of stylish entertaining space for these occasions.
They also have an extended family, which meant extra
rooms were required for guests. Situated on a large block
with many potential views of Swan River, Palazzo Homes
was required to maximise both the space and vistas.
Palazzo Homes ensured there would be plenty of room
for visitors by incorporating eight bedrooms and nine
bathrooms into the home.
Based on the clients' wishes, the home was designed to
feel like a small boutique, luxury hotel. Private rear access
for vehicles is ideal for the six-car parking area.
The home was created in the vein of a French chateau
with art deco elements and Napoleonic features.
Laced through the front gates are some interesting
touches of Spanish architect Antoni Gaudi, with bold
shapes and lines.
The gates frame expansive, European-style gardens
that provide the perfect spot for a tranquil moment.
The swimming pool and alfresco area constitute ideal
VENETIAN PLASTER is used to e ect
on the entrance walls, creating a textured
look that complements the timber
door and ceiling.
