stunning outdoor kitchen which has been designed as
an extension of the inside kitchen. A set of bi-fold doors
connects the two areas, allowing the indoor and outdoor
kitchens to function as one. The area also incorporates
a pizza oven, surround sound system, flat panel TV and
space for both a lounge and dining suite.
In order to create a holistic solution, Lomma Homes
also took care of the landscape design, allowing them to
integrate the outdoors into the design of the home. As
a result, every window on the ground floor has a direct
relationship with some part of the landscaping, framing
views and drawing the eye outward to the various
To further enhance the sense of space, both internally
and externally, Lomma Homes carefully considered all
material selections. An example is the glass fence used in
the pool area to allow the eye an uninterrupted vista of
the entire yard space.
A gazebo was placed behind the pool on one side,
while a panel of feature stonework houses the outdoor
shower and, along with a planter box, cleverly hides all the
pool equipment from view. These striking features draw
the eye to the back corners of the block, creating a real
sense of openness.
