the home were chosen in an e ort to keep it simple,
functional and user-friendly.
For the time being, the downstairs theatre room has
been transformed into a playroom, but will reassume its
original function once the children have grown up. The
room is visible from the kitchen allowing the owners to
keep an eye on the children while they play.
To keep the kitchen looking spotless at all times, the
Lomma Homes team designed a scullery at one end
of the kitchen. It contains a fridge, sink, microwave
convection oven, pantry and plenty of bench space
allowing appliances to be at the ready. The scullery acts
as a walk-in appliance cabinet and 'prep' kitchen -- being
closed o from the living area, there is no need to pack
the appliances away and any unsightly mess remains out
As well as being a stylish place to entertain, the home's
alfresco area is also extremely functional. It features a
