Established in 1997, Cambuild's success is the
result of an uncompromising quest for quality
materials and workmanship, combined with the
utmost attention to detail.
The business has grown as a result of
referrals from delighted clients; in fact, it's not
uncommon for several Cambuild projects to be
seen in the same street as neighbours become
inspired by the work of Cambuild's professional,
high quality team.
Cambuild thinks big, but the company is
only small. The team consists of a carefully
selected group of dedicated and experienced
craftspeople who believe that it's the small
touches that make a di erence. The key to
their success is working closely with clients to
turn dreams into a reality. They focus on the
possibilities, not the limitations.

home's finishes -- both inside and out -- and skilled
craftsmanship allowed the classic and contemporary
styles to blend harmoniously.
While the first level of the home features three
bedrooms, a large children's activity room, library and
bathroom, the main living areas of the home are on the
ground floor. The open plan kitchen, family and meals
area face north and are therefore continually flooded
with natural light.
The master bedroom is adjacent to the living areas
and features a walk-through wardrobe, featuring
handcrafted cabinetry, and ensuite with a striking,
freestanding bath. The ensuite, along with the living
areas, overlooks the 25m lap pool which has been placed
along the northern boundary. The pool, alfresco area and
manicured lawn provide an idyllic backdrop for those
looking out from any of the ground level rooms.
An expansive wall of stylish bifold doors is all that
separates the living areas from the outdoors, providing
an easy, visual and physical link.
CLASSIC DESIGN and the
latest technology combine to make
this home extremely functional.
