Various techniques and design principles
were applied to the design and build, such
as the 32-course ground-floor ceilings, expanding
the volume of the area considerably. Postless,
glazed bi-fold doors frame the entire corner

between the two zones.
Externally, the use of fibre cement
sheeting with 10mm rebated strips in the
